If you play local league table tennis, this information is aimed to help resolve any queries that may arise.

No unless your league has voted for them at either an AGM or EGM.

No disciplinary actions are governed by the Local League Committee. You could ask for advice though.

If you or anything you’re wearing or carrying moves the playing service during a rally, even accidently, then you lose the point.

If the ball rises above lights without touching them, the point is good. However if the ball touches a light or wall then the person hitting the ball loses the point.

You must play with an ITTF approved ball.
