Table Tennis England’s Club Affiliation programme allows all clubs to tap into Table Tennis England’s expertise and resources.

Table Tennis England’s Club Affiliation programme allows all clubs to tap into Table Tennis England’s expertise and resources. There are free and paid-for versions, ensuring that all clubs can forge a relationship with us at whatever level they wish to.

Club affiliation lasts until the end of the season, which usually runs until July 31st each year.

Register your club

Associate club

Associate Club membership is free and is designed to support new/smaller clubs who are looking to develop and grow. It is also perfect for league clubs who would like to stay in touch with Table Tennis England news and opportunities.

This FREE club membership is open to all table tennis clubs in England that agree to;

  • Provide venue details and key contact information
  • Agree to follow best practice, confirm a suitable constitution or governing document is in place, and operate in accordance with Table Tennis England’s Equality Policy and Safeguarding Guidelines
  • Encourage all members to join Table Tennis England as either free Supporter or paid members
  • Provide details of a Welfare Officer if providing sessions for juniors (needs to hold a valid safeguarding certificate) Please click on the following link for the  free safeguarding course – Renewal: Safeguarding & Protecting Children Online Course

Becoming an Associate Club is simple:

  • Renew or register as detailed below
  • Ensure your Club’s constitution (or equivalent) is up to date, and that you are familiar with Table Tennis England’s Equality policy and Safeguarding guidelines
  • Ensure your Club members are also registered as Table Tennis England members
  • Appear on the Table Tennis England table finder
  • Access to a TT Clubs website for your club
  • Downloadable welcome pack
  • Regular Table Tennis England Clubs newsletter communications
  • Access to some Table Tennis England partner discounts
  • Public Liability Insurance with an indemnity limit of £10,000,000

PremierClub

The PremierClub programme aims to create a national network of clubs who are committed to improving player and volunteer experience, sharing best practice and increasing participation in table tennis.

PremierClubs are given an enhanced level of support and encouraged to work with Table Tennis England to develop and grow in a way that is best suited to that club and its members.

PremierClub membership is open to all table tennis clubs in England that agree to:

  • Provide venue details and key contact information, including committee members in key roles
  • Agree to follow best practice, confirm a suitable constitution or governing document is in place, and operate in accordance with Table Tennis England’s Equality Policy and Safeguarding Guidelines
  • Encourage all members to join Table Tennis England as either free Supporter or paid members
  • Have at least one Table Tennis England licenced coach

  • Renew or register as detailed below
  • Ensure your Club’s constitution (or equivalent) is up to date, and that you are familiar with Table Tennis England’s Equality policy and Safeguarding guidelines
  • Ensure your Club members are also registered as Table Tennis England members
  • Decide which of the PremierClub benefits your Club should enjoy first!

PremierClub benefits include access to Table Tennis England participation programmes, priority access to club support and funding programmes, and being part of the national PremierClub network. The full list of benefits can be found here, but here are some of  highlights:

  • A £30 discount on one UKCC Level 1 course per club*

  • A free place on a Level 1 Umpire Course per club (usually £30)*

How to register your club

Club Administrators can renew or register for affiliation using the TT Memberships system. Follow the steps outlined in the ‘Step by Step Guide for Renewing PremierClub Membership’ or ‘Step by Step Guide for Renewing Associate Club Membership’ document (attached at the bottom of the page).

Renewing your membership using TT Memberships will prevent having to duplicate information you may have already provided.

Registered clubs or teams

For clubs who do not wish to directly affiliate with Table Tennis England can chose the ‘Registered Club or Team’ affiliation. These clubs will not receive the benefits of PremierClub and Associate Clubs, but may play in the league and will appear in a league’s list on TT Leagues or in Sport80.
