Female only sessions
Maybe you’ve played table tennis before, or you fancy trying a new skill to help with your fitness as well as exercising your brain! Many clubs run Women and Girls sessions, designed for people like you who want to play but have a fun, social experience too. Table tennis can do wonders for your health, both physically and mentally, it’s truly inclusive – anyone can play irrespective of age or physical ability. You don’t need special equipment or clothing – and it’s very affordable!

A Women in Table Tennis Facebook group has been set up to make an online space for women in table tennis to share experiences, ideas and promote women and girls’ participation in the sport.
TT Kidz serves up an unbeatable experience for children aged between 7-11. It’s the perfect way for them to learn new skills, meet new friends, get fit and most importantly – have fun!
