Here’s a few things that are new to TT Kidz

You choose the fee per child, based on your delivery model and club or community needs.

• Long-Term Junior Pathway
  Kids can now progress through multiple levels, keeping them engaged and developing their skills.
• Improved Delivery Format
  Sessions are more adaptable, with clubs choosing the frequency, duration, and structure that best fits them.

What You’ll Need to Run the Programme

• Premier Club Affiliation
  Sessions must be linked to a Premier Club (satellite venues are welcome).
• Qualified Coach Present
  Coaches must have:
  • Valid DBS
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training
  • Active Table Tennis England Coach Licence
    (Activators may assist but don’t need to be licensed.)
• Child Recruitment
  School partnerships are key but if you don’t have them yet, the willingness to build relationships. We’ll also provide support via national Facebook advertising.
• Session Scheduling
  Pick a suitable day and time based on venue availability and school term times.
• Online Booking Platform
  You can use our registration system (or a compatible one) to handle bookings and admin.
• Pricing & Session Capacity
  Set a fair price and confirm a safe, manageable group size based on space and staffing.

Plan Ahead – 6 Week Lead Time Recommended

To ensure a successful launch, we recommend a minimum 6-week lead time. This gives us time to:

• Set up your booking system
• Promote your sessions and recruit participants
• Ensure everything is in place without additional pressure on the club

There is upcoming under 11/ TT Kidz training happening at Kingsbury Sports & Community Centre, Pear Tree Ave, Kingsbury, Tamworth B78 2LG (West Area) The session will run 2:30 – 6pm, with arrival from 2pm.
