Silver at the treble for Para GB players in Kazakhstan
The British Para table tennis team took three medals in the doubles events on the final day of the ITTF Astana Para Open in Kazakhstan with Will Bayley & Martin Perry (men’s class 14), Megan Shackleton with Tamara Leonelli Leonelli (women’s class 5-10) and Grace Williams with Raisa Chebanika (women’s class 14) all taking silver in their respective events.

World No 1 Will Bayley, the ITTF Male Para Player of the Year in 2023, made a winning start to 2024 and continued his unbeaten run by taking gold in the men’s class 7 singles at the ITTF Astana Para Open in Kazakhstan.
Ellis claims superb title in Sweden
Toby Ellis won the Under-18 Boys’ category at the Safir International in Sweden, beating compatriot Connor Green on the way and recovering from 2-0 in the final.
