Six fantastic matches, one massive weekend!
England’s opponents at the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 were confirmed at this week’s draw.
Now the detailed schedule can be revealed, letting fans know exactly when they can see England’s men’s and women’s teams take on some of the biggest stars in the world, in a mouthwatering opening weekend in Wembley.
First on court at OVO Arena Wembley will be England women on Table 2 to take on the might of second seeds Japan as Stage 1a gets under way at 10am.
They will be followed by the men’s team taking on the megastars of China, 23-time winners and defending champions, on Table 1. The match is scheduled for 12.30pm.
This mouthwatering double-header takes place in the morning session on Saturday 2 May (Event Session 9) and tickets are sure to go quickly, so act now and don’t miss out!
Also on the bill from 10am are Women’s Team matches: China v Romania, Korea Republic v Chinese Taipei and Germany v France.
From 12.30pm, as well as England’s big match, you can also watch Men’s Team matches between Japan and Germany, Sweden v Korea Republic and France v Chinese Taipei.
The evening session on Saturday 2 May (Event Session 10) features another brilliant double-header as England women meet European champions Germany and the men face off against Sweden.
The women are on Table 1 at 5pm and the men are due on the same table at 7.30pm.
Also being played at 5pm: Japan v France, Korea Republic v Romania and China v Chinese Taipei in the Women’s Team.
From 7.30pm, as well as England, watch Men’s Team matches: Japan v Chinese Taipei, France v Germany and China v Korea Republic.

On Sunday 3 May England women face France on Table 3 in the first session at 12.30pm (Event Session 11).

England men meet Korea Republic (South Korea) on Table 1 at 5pm in the second session (Event Session 12).
Also at 5pm: France v Japan (men), Chinese Taipei v Romania (women) and Germany v Chinese Taipei (men).
Once again, a day pass is the best way to guarantee seeing every match on the Sunday, including two England matches? The 5% discount applies too – but we’re down to the last few remaining, so hurry!
The results of Stage 1a will determine which seeding position the nations will take in Stage 2, which begins on Bank Holiday Monday 4 May with the round of 32.
England are guaranteed at least one more match once Stage 2 gets under way, though the round of 32 continues into Tuesday 5 May and the schedule cannot be confirmed until after Stage 1a. But there are sure to be some sensational matches as the knockouts begin!
