With the new season just around the corner, here’s a look back at some of my/ the North East’s accomplishments.

You will see from the mindmap above that there has been a big expansion on women and girls work, Going forward I would love to expand this further across the North East and engage a younger demongraphic and work on getting more under 11 girls playing.

As well as this there was a piece of work done to upskill coaches – workshops were held in Middlebrough, Nottingham and Manchester at the WTT Feeder event.

As clubs and leagues it may be helpful to list your own accomplishments and start to plan what you would like to achieve over the next 12 months.
