Members of the table tennis community won medals for Great Britain at the Racketlon World Championships in Rotterdam.
The sport sees individuals take on opponents at table tennis, badminton, squash and tennis (in that order) with each sport played up to 21 points. The player who scores the most points across all four sports wins the match.
The competition featured categories for all ages from under-10 to over-75 and experience levels from first-timer to elite.
Among those representing GB in both individual and team events was England international Mollie Patterson, and she just missed out on a medal as she finished fourth in the Elite Women’s category.
She and fellow TTE Jamie Watkin-Rees were part of the GB second team which won the second-tier Nations Cup, beating France in the final.

Chris Cockburn, Table Tennis England Area Manager (East), made his GB debut at the event and was part of the GB fourth team which won silver in the Challenge Cup tier, losing out to France in the final. TTE membes Johnny Bispham and Matt Haynes.

GB’s fifth team won the Satellite Cup and TTE members in that team are Ian Johnston, Ishan Bairoliya and Cameron Leighton.
Among the individual medallists was Table Tennis England member Alice Flatman, who won silver in the round-robin Women’s Over-40 category, winning three of her four matches. She also won bronze in the Women’s Over-45 class.
She also took home Over-45 Team gold alongside fellow TTE and VETTS members Ray Jordan and Keith Lessa, overcoming teams from France, Netherlands, Germany and England.

Among the other GB medallists, Sam Goodger and Henry Flatman won a silver medal in the Under-14 Team, losing out to France in the final.
The team events saw matches up to 11 points and feature singles and doubles.
