Technical Officials’ Committee

The Technical Officials Committee is the overarching body for umpires, referees and tournament organisers in England. 

Travel information

Umpires and referees who are selected to officiate abroad can apply for financial assistance towards their travelling expenses and also receive insurance for the trip.
