Eleven men’s and women’s teams have secured their places at the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals in London next year via the team world rankings.
The nations are added to the 52 which secured their spots through the continental championships earlier this year, plus hosts England.
Subject to confirmation by the member associations, this completes the line-up of 64 teams in each gender for the centenary championships at Copper Box Arena and OVO Arena, Wembley.
If any teams decline, the next teams on the reserve list will be invited. The line-up will be confirmed early in the new year.
The teams to qualify by world ranking are:
Men – Austria, Hungary, Czechia, Cuba, Ecuador, South Africa, Cote d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Fiji, Angola, Peru
Women – Italy, Cuba, Uzbekistan, Angola, Nauru, Ethiopia, Wales, Turkey, Venezuela, Congo and Ecuador.
The Championships will be held between 28 April and 10 May and tickets will be released shortly.
