Former Table Tennis England Chair Sandra Deaton has been appointed Chair of the International Table Tennis Federation’s Nominations Committee.

The Nominations Committee’s is independent and non-political and its main purpose is to ensure the right persons in terms of skills and independence serve in governance roles within ITTF.

Sandra’s appointment strengthens British influence within the ITTF and follows confirmation of England’s Richard Scruton and Phil McCallum of Scotland on the ITTF Council, alongside other committee memberships.

Sandra (pictured above) is also Vice-President for Finances on the European Table Tennis Union’s Executive Board.
