London 2026 FAQs

The ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 is the most prestigious team competition in international table tennis, bringing together the world’s best men’s and women’s national teams.

This edition marks the centenary of the World Championships, returning to London 100 years after the first event in 1926.

The Championships run from 28 April to 10 May 2026.

The event will take place across two venues in London:

• Copper Box Arena – Stage 1B (28 April – 1 May)
• OVO Arena Wembley – Stage 1A and Stage 2 (2 – 10 May)

• Stage 1B (Copper Box Arena | 28 April – 1 May)
  Teams excluding those seeded in the top seven along with the host nation compete to qualify for Stage 2.
• Stage 1A – Seeding (OVO Arena Wembley | 2 – 3 May)
  The top seven seeded teams plus England (host nation) compete to determine seeding positions. There is no elimination at this stage.
• Stage 2 (OVO Arena Wembley | 4 – 10 May)
  Knockout rounds from the Round of 32 through to the Finals.

• Copper Box Arena: All teams except the top seven seeds and England.
• OVO Arena Wembley: The top seven seeded teams, England, and all teams qualifying from Stage 1B.

The full list of qualified nations will be confirmed in early 2026.

A 10% Earlybird discount is available on advertised ticket prices during the priority window and in the first general sales phase from 18th December 2025 – 16th January 2026.

• Stage 1B Event Pass
  Covers all Stage 1B sessions (28 April – 1 May) at Copper Box Arena.
• Wembley Event Pass
  Covers all Stage 1A and Stage 2 sessions (2 – 10 May) at OVO Arena Wembley.

Yes. Day Passes provide access to both sessions on the same day and include a 5% saving compared to buying sessions individually.

Each day consists of two sessions.

Session start and finish times are indicative. Due to the nature of team competition, match lengths may vary and session end times may change.

• Copper Box Arena: Unreserved seating.
• OVO Arena Wembley: Reserved seating with seat numbers.

Yes. Child tickets are available in selected categories and are 20% discounted from adult prices where applicable.

Each venue operates with its own official ticketing partner.

Yes. AXS offers a Flex Package, allowing fans to bundle multiple sessions across different dates into a single purchase (OVO Arena Wembley only).

ID requirements are subject to venue and ticketing platform policies. Tickets will be required upon entry to the venue.

Children under 18 months are considered babies in arms and do not require a ticket.
