The Table Tennis England AGM will remain on a midweek evening in 2026 – with presentation of the Annual Report moving to a separate date.

The AGM moved from its traditional Saturday slot for the first time this year, and was fully online, following feedback from Company Members.

It will follow the same format next year and will be held on Wednesday 8 July at 7pm.

The meeting will address the formalities and legal requirements of the AGM only, with the Annual Report element moving to a separate event, again following feedback from Company Members.

This will be an in-person event to be held on a date to be confirmed. We will invite questions to be submitted beforehand, based on the draft Annual Report, and these will be answered at the event.

The event will also be recorded and made available for people to watch later if they are unable to attend.
