The Table Tennis England Safeguarding Team is launching a webinar series to help support current and future Welfare Officers in our sport.

The series consists of two FREE webinars held by Table Tennis England’s Judy Rogers and Victoria Wiegleb, plus special guests from the Child Protection in Sport Unit at the NSPCC and the Ann Craft Trust.

The webinars are being held on Wednesday 23rd February and Friday 25th February at 7pm for 1 hour, on Zoom.

Webinar 1 : On the 23rd February two special guests will be participating in the webinar: Liza Ware, a Senior Consultant at the CPSU, and Joanne Pell, Safeguarding Adults in Sport Manager from Ann Craft Trust (ACT). Liza will also be with us on Friday 25th February.

Webinar 2: On the 25th February, Judy and Victoria will aim to help you understand your role, your responsibilities and duties, and the support that Table Tennis England’s Safeguarding Team can and will offer you.

There will be a Safeguarding presentation by Judy Rogers, Safeguarding and Ethics Manager followed by an open forum for discussion and questions.

You will need to register your attendance for either webinar by filling out this quick form. If you have anything you would like to raise ahead of the webinar please add this in the appropriate area of the form and we shall provide an answer / respond on the evening.

A zoom link will be sent to you 24 hours before the event.

Both sessions will be recorded so that we can learn from the questions and comments, and so that we are able to share it with others.
