As we continue to highlight our responses to the feedback we received in our coaching survey, today we focus on our work with partner organisations who can provide benefits to coaches, plus employment opportunities for coaches.

We work with a number of partners within the Coaching & Education department. Anyone involved in table tennis can benefit from being involved with these companies which offer a top-quality service. However, those who have an active Coach Licence will have the opportunity to save money should they wish to purchase one of these services.

Our partners can offer our licensed coaches the following:

London & Essex based coaches: In partnership with the Jack Petchey Foundation, Table Tennis England is offering schools and youth clubs within London and Essex six-to-eight weeks of table tennis training sessions for girls. Local, qualified coaches will deliver a training programme for girls to learn the key techniques of table tennis.

The coach allocated to schools must:

  • Be a table tennis licensed coach, with an active DBS and safeguarding qualification. (They all must be valid for the entirety of the programme when they are delivering the Jack Petchey Girls’ Table Tennis Programme)
  • Be available for 6-8 weeks of the programme continuously – the programme will be held at the same time each week
  • Be available from January 3rd to deliver
  • Be passionate about providing girls a fun experience of table tennis

If you are interested in delivering any of the programmes, then please click here.

If you have any questions, please email Lauren Evans.
