Do you want to play a key role at the flagship event of English table tennis? If so, why not volunteer at the Mark Bates Ltd Senior National Championships?

We are looking for volunteers to support the delivery of the competition, the most high-profile annual event in the domestic table tennis calendar, where the best players in the land compete to be crowned national champions.

The Nationals take place at the University of Nottingham from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th March and our enthusiastic volunteers are key to helping deliver a fantastic event.

There are a number of roles for volunteers to get involved with including (but not limited to):

  • Spectator Services (general stewarding)
  • Ticketing
  • Workforce Support
  • Parking (please note this role is based outside)

Volunteers should be friendly and welcoming, alongside possessing the ability to be flexible, as they will be one of the faces of the championships. Previous experience of volunteering at events would be beneficial but is not essential.

Please note we are unfortunately not able to pay expenses for this event, volunteers will however receive meals and volunteers’ T-shirts.

If you would like to be involved in volunteering at the Senior National Championships, please click here to complete our online form, before 5pm on Friday 18th February.

If you have any questions or would like to know more about the different roles and what volunteering involves, please contact Jack Grundy.
