World Championships Raffle March 2026

1. The Promoter & Compliance The raffle is operated and promoted by Table Tennis England. All proceeds from this raffle go directly toward social impact initiatives to create more accessible table tennis opportunities in local communities. This raffle is operated as an “Incidental Lottery” under the terms of the UK Gambling Act 2005. Tickets are only available for purchase in person at the event, and the draw will take place before the conclusion of the event.

2. Eligibility

  • This raffle is open to all attendees of the Mark Bates Ltd Senior National Championships 2026.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the draw are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements and Pricing

  • Raffle tickets can be purchased exclusively in person at the Fanzone during the Mark Bates Ltd Senior National Championships.
  • Ticket pricing is as follows:
    • £5 for a single ticket
    • £10 for three (3) tickets
    • £25 for ten (10) tickets
  • Entries will close at 13:00PM on 22nd March. Any tickets purchased after this time will not be entered into the draw. This is subject to change as per scheduling of the event.

4. The Prizes & Ticket Liability The following prizes are available to be won:

One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals at OVO Arena Wembley.

Five (5) individual winners will each receive one (1) pair of tickets to watch Stage 1b action at the Copper Box Arena.

Three (3) individual winners will each receive one (1) official World Championships bat, signed by the England teams.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) official Ping! mascot plush toy.

Prize Conditions:

  • Travel and Accommodation: Prizes consisting of event tickets do not include travel, accommodation, food, or any other incidental expenses. These are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Event Changes: The Promoter is not responsible for any changes to the schedule, postponement, or cancellation of the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships. If the event is altered, the tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates where applicable, but no cash refund or alternative compensation will be provided.
  • Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold.
  • There is no cash alternative offered for any of the prizes.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

5. The Draw

  • The winning tickets will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
  • The draw will take place at 12:30 on 22 March 2026 (subject to match play schedule timings).

6. Winner Notification and Claiming

  • Winners will be announced live in the venue at 12:30 on 22 March 2026 (subject to match play schedule timings).
  • If a winner is not present at the time of the draw, they will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided on their winning ticket by 17:00 23 March 2026.
  • Winners must claim their prize within 3 days of initial contact. If a winner fails to claim their prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and draw an alternative winner.

7. Publicity and Media Consent

  • The Promoter may request the winner(s) to participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as a photograph at the Fanzone) following the draw. Participation is completely voluntary and will not affect the winner’s right to their prize.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • By entering the raffle, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (name, contact number/email) solely for the purpose of administering this raffle and notifying winners.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes and will be managed in accordance with standard UK GDPR regulations.

9. General Conditions

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, illegible, or not received for any reason.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the raffle is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
