Tin-Tin Ho is through to round 2 at the WTT Contender Amman 2023 after a good win against Sarah Hanffou of Cameroon – in the first qualifying round. Hanffou is ranked 148 in the world, Tin-Tin is currently 156.

Ho will meet Zhu Chengzhu of Hong Kong (world ranked 92) in the second qualifying round tomorrow (Tuesday 7th February at 08:05).

Both matches are streamed live on the WTT YouTube Channel and are both on Table 3 (T3).

In the men’s singles which starts on Thursday, sixth-seed Liam Pitchford goes straight into the main draw, but Tom Jarvis has had to withdraw with a hip injury.

In the Women’s Doubles, Tin-Tin Ho & Charlotte Carey (WAL) play Helga Dari & Leonie Hartbrich (HUN) in the first qualifying round. This match is scheduled for Tuesday 7th February at 13:40.

Liam Pitchford & Tin-Tin Ho are due to play in the mixed doubles as a pair, this has no qualifying stage and the draw has not been made as yet. Play is due to commence in the round of 16 on the 9th February.
