Twomey, Davies and Matthews guarantee a medal
At the end of day two at the ITTF European Para Table Tennis Championships in Sheffield the British team is assured of at least three singles medals with a further 11 players through to the knockout stages of their respective events.

Three doubles bronzes for GB in Slovenia
On the final day of the ITTF Slovenia Para Open in Lasko the British team won three bronze medals in the doubles events. Will Bayley and Martin Perry took bronze in men’s class 14, Ashley Facey and Joshua Stacey took bronze in men’s class 18 and Jack Hunter-Spivey and Megan Shackleton took bronze in mixed class 10.

Commonwealth champions Jack Hunter-Spivey and Joshua Stacey dominated the 2023 Michael Hawkesworth British Para Table Tennis National Championships, taking the Open Wheelchair and Open Standing titles respectively as well as their individual classes.
Double gold for Shilton in Greece
Billy Shilton took gold in the men’s doubles (MD14) with Martin Perry and gold in the mixed doubles (XD14) with Fliss Pickard on the final day of the Greek Para Open in Argostoli.
McKibbin wins all-British final to take gold
An all-British final in men’s class 8 was the highlight of the singles in the Greek Para Open in Argostoli, with Aaron McKibbin beating Billy Shilton and Commonwealth champions Jack Hunter-Spivey (men’s class 5) and Joshua Stacey (men’s class 9) together with Fliss Pickard (women’s class 6-7) all taking gold in their respective events.
Hunter-Spivey full of belief for Greek test
