Club Memberships for the 2025/26 season will end at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 – here’s everything you need to know about renewing for 2026/27.
Our new membership platform TTE Hub is now live, giving you greater control over your club within a better-connected online system.
To ensure your club is ready for the new season in TTE Hub, please complete the following steps:
1. Claim Your Individual Account
If you haven’t already done so, claim your personal TTE Hub account.
Any club administration access you previously held has been migrated into the new system. Once you’ve claimed your account and signed in, you’ll be able to see and manage the clubs for which you have administrative permissions.
2. Renew or Take Out Your Individual Membership
Before you can process your club’s affiliation, please ensure your own individual membership is active for the 2026/27 season.
An active membership keeps you connected to everything the sport has to offer, giving you the opportunity to compete in local and national leagues, track your official rankings and enjoy priority access to major event tickets and partner discounts.
You can quickly renew or purchase your membership directly from your personal dashboard.
3. Renew Your Club Membership
Once your individual account is up to date, navigate to your club’s administration page to renew its affiliation. Upgrading or renewing your club membership unlocks vital insurance coverage, essential safeguarding support and official national recognition. Here, you can select the tier that matches your club’s goals:
- Associate Club: Designed for new and small clubs just starting out, giving you the essential foundational tools to grow with confidence.
- Premier Club: Built for established, ambitious clubs looking to raise their standards, unlocking premium benefits, dedicated development support and top-tier recognition.
4. Renew Member Memberships
You can renew memberships for your club members directly within TTE Hub, one member at a time, or ask members to log in and renew their own memberships. Every single membership helps us maintain a safe, inclusive and well-supported sport, ensuring your players are fully covered and officially rated to compete in the upcoming season.
5. Assign Roles and Positions
TTE Hub introduces Roles and Positions to help clubs manage responsibilities more effectively.
- Roles provide administrative access to the club account and allow users to carry out club management functions within TTE Hub. (Examples of roles include: Club Admin)
- Positions record an individual’s role within the club but do not provide access to manage the club account. (Examples of positions include: Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, Committee Member)
Please review your members and assign the appropriate roles and positions where required to ensure the right people have access to manage your club.
