TTE Hub is officially live!

As we prepare for the 2026/27 season, Table Tennis England is upgrading the way you interact with the sport. TTE Hub is our brand-new, purpose-built membership platform designed to give everyone connected to the sport greater control within a seamless, user-friendly online system.

Whether you are a casual player, a seasoned competitor, or a dedicated club administrator, TTE Hub – powered by Cloudathlete – is your new digital home for everything table tennis.

Why TTE Hub?

We listened to feedback from our members and the wider table tennis community. You wanted a faster, more intuitive platform that makes managing your table tennis life easier. TTE Hub replaces our previous system with a modernised interface, making it simpler than ever to join, renew and manage your memberships, handle club administration, and stay connected to the sport you love.

What’s new?

For players, coaches, and volunteers, TTE Hub puts your table tennis journey at your fingertips:

A seamless dashboard: Manage and customise your profile, view your official rankings, and access exclusive partner discounts, competitions, courses, and more – all in one place.

Easier renewals: A streamlined process to secure your membership for the 2026/27 season, which runs from 1 August to 31 July.

More to Come: Keep an eye out as we continue releasing new features in the coming months, including:

  1. Community groups and forums to build a better, more connected community
  2. An improved ranking and rating engine with a better user experience
  3. End-to-end competition entry and management, covering competition listing, entry, management and results recording

And more!

A note on rankings and ratings

We know how important your ranking is to you. Please note that ranking and rating history will be fully migrated to TTE Hub only after the final ranking run of the current season has been completed in our previous system. Moving forward, all rankings and ratings will be managed entirely within TTE Hub, beginning with the first ranking run of the new season in September.

What’s new for clubs?

For the volunteers who keep our sport thriving, TTE Hub brings a suite of powerful new tools to reduce administrative headaches:

  1. Smarter delegation: We have introduced Roles (which grant administrative access to the platform) and Positions (which display an individual’s title, such as Chairman or Treasurer), allowing you to control who can perform certain actions on your club’s behalf. This allows you to share the workload safely and effectively.
  2. Centralised management: Renew your club affiliation and process individual member renewals directly from your club’s dashboard. Any administration access you previously held has already been securely migrated.
  3. Single sign-on with TT Clubs: Allowing you to easily switch between the management platform (TTE Hub) and your club tools within TT Clubs.

Club Administration Questions

  1. Roles: Grant actual administrative permissions inside the system (e.g., Club Admin allows a user to renew club memberships, update club details, and manage members).
  2. Positions: Record official committee titles (e.g., ChairmanTreasurerSecretary) for organisational records without giving backend administrative access to the platform.

Once you have claimed your account and logged in, navigate to your club’s dashboard. Under the Members section, review your committee list and assign the appropriate Roles (for system access) and Positions (for title recognition) to the relevant individuals.

Yes. Club administrators can process individual membership renewals directly from the club dashboard, either one by one or in bulk. Alternatively, you can ask players to log in to their own TTE Hub accounts and complete their renewals independently.
