Tom Jarvis is into the world’s top 50 for the first time, and Tin-Tin Ho is back in the top 100 after the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 Presented by ACN.
England’s men reaching the Round of 16 means Jarvis, Connor Green and Sam Walker all move up.
Jarvis, who won both his matches against Moldova in the last 32, one against Brazil in England’s last-16 defeat and also beat Sweden’s Mattias Karlsson in Stage 1a, climbs 25 places to No 41.
There is also a career high for Connor Green (pictured above, photo by Michael Loveder), whose sole victory came in that match against Moldova. He climbs 21 places to No 160.
Walker, who won one of England’s points against Brazil, rises 37 places back inside the top 200, at No 172.
Ho was the only one of England’s women to win a match, in the 3-1 defeat to Ukraine in the Round of 32. She therefore earned the points to climb 60 places up to No 100 and within striking distance of her career best of 93 from almost five years ago.
