Two table tennis clubs, plus schools in the London boroughs of Hackney and Islington were thrilled to receive a big donation of equipment from Bounce Ping Pong.

Clissold Table Tennis Club, St Luke’s Table Tennis Club, and their schools table tennis programme received bats, balls and nets.

Chris Bekli (pictured above), who runs the clubs, said: “This generous contribution will have a direct and lasting impact on our players, especially beginners and young people who are just starting their journey in the sport.

“Access to quality equipment removes barriers, builds confidence, and allows more players to train, compete, and fall in love with the game.

“At community level, donations like this genuinely make a difference. They help us expand our sessions, welcome new players, and continue creating positive, inclusive spaces and impact through table tennis.

“We are incredibly grateful to Bounce for backing grassroots development and investing in the future of the sport in our community. We can’t wait to put everything into action.”
