Start competing
All you need to know to start competing in table tennis.
Play in a competition
Table Tennis England deliver or support a wide range of competition opportunities, in league and tournament formats, from local to national level.
There is competition to suit everyone, whether a beginner or accomplished player, across four main age-groups: Cadet (U15), Junior (U19), Senior (open age) and Veteran (O40), and sub- age-groups including U11, U13, U17 and U21.
New to competing?
We recommend that new or aspiring players contact their local club in the first instance. Most local clubs play in a local league structure and can access local competition opportunities.

The calendars of national competitions can be found using the link below. They include national leagues and tournaments, and a series of events sanctioned by Table Tennis England and delivered by member clubs and counties (1*, 2* and 4* events).
