Two more golds for GB para in Ostrava
World champions Billy Shilton and Paul Karabardak took gold in the men’s class 14 doubles on the final day of the Czech Para Open today and Ashley Facey combined with Koyo Iwabuchi from Japan to win the men’s class 18 doubles.
Landmark win for Wilson on his way to gold
Ross Wilson and Tom Matthews took gold at the Czech Para Open, and there was also a silver and four bronzes for the British Para team.
Three doubles bronzes for GB in Slovenia
On the final day of the ITTF Slovenia Para Open in Lasko the British team won three bronze medals in the doubles events. Will Bayley and Martin Perry took bronze in men’s class 14, Ashley Facey and Joshua Stacey took bronze in men’s class 18 and Jack Hunter-Spivey and Megan Shackleton took bronze in mixed class 10.
Perry and McKibbin have the golden touch

Vecko delight at GB’s most successful Worlds
At the end of the Andalucia 2022 World Para Table Tennis Championships, with 10 medals including three golds, BPTT Performance Director Gorazd Vecko was able to reflect on the most successful World Championships ever for the British team.
