Table Tennis England would like to hear from organisations interested in working with us to support the future delivery and development of the sport.
We are seeking to develop a long-term, strategic partnership with one or more venues or organisations capable of hosting a combination of national competitions, training environments, operational services, and collaborative activity across research, workforce development and community engagement.
Table Tennis England has launched a new Expression of Interest (EOI) process to identify partners who could play a central role in supporting the sport’s national programme over the coming years.
This represents one of the most significant partnership opportunities Table Tennis England has opened in recent years and reflects a wider ambition to:
- Improve the quality and consistency of national events
- Strengthen talent development environments
- Increase operational efficiency
- Build deeper connections with education, research and community partners
A flexible partnership model
The opportunity has deliberately been designed to be flexible. Organisations are invited to express interest in one or more areas, including:
- Hosting national competitions and events
- Providing training and performance facilities
- Office and central services accommodation
- Equipment and logistics storage
- Student placements, research and innovation partnerships
- Conference and workforce development hosting
We are particularly keen to hear from organisations with fresh ideas, strong partnerships and a genuine interest in helping table tennis grow.
Who should express interest?
This opportunity may be suitable for organisations such as:
- Universities
- Multi-sport venues and event campuses
- Leisure and commercial facility operators
- Innovation-led organisations with strong partnerships across sport, health or community sectors
A partnership approach
This is an early opportunity to start conversations, rather than a formal tender process. Table Tennis England is inviting expressions of interest from organisations that see alignment with their strategic ambitions.
After initial responses have been reviewed, selected organisations will be invited to take part in more detailed dialogue to shape potential partnerships.
Organisations interested in learning more are encouraged to review the Expression of Interest brief and submit an initial response to Chris Brown, Director of Table Tennis Development, by Thursday 29 October, 2026.
