With the Table Tennis England Gender Eligibility Policy coming into effect for the 2026/27 season, we have organised a webinar and Q&A session to help clubs, leagues and other interested organisations and individuals understand how it will operate in practice.

The webinar is at 5pm on Wednesday 26 August and registration is open now.

The deadline for registration is 5pm on Monday 24 August and a joining link will be sent after that time.

Attendees can also submit questions ahead of the webinar via the same link – the deadline for questions is 5pm on Friday 21 August.

We are committed to ensuring that table tennis remains an inclusive, welcoming and accessible sport for everyone. The webinar will provide an overview of the policy, explain how it will operate in practice and outline how it supports our commitment to inclusion, fairness and participation.

We aim to provide information and practical guidance to support everyone – including clubs, players, officials and volunteers – to help implement the policy consistently and appropriately across the sport.

Everyone is welcome to attend, including league secretaries, competition organisers, welfare officers, officials, coaches, individual players and parents and any other interested stakeholders.
