Table Tennis England is delighted to announce the appointment of Howden as its insurance brokers.
The appointment brings together two organisations united by a commitment to creating safe, inclusive and sustainable opportunities for people to enjoy table tennis at every level of the game.
Headquartered in London and operating across 57 countries, Howden is a leading international insurance group renowned for its specialist expertise in insurance, risk management and employee benefits.
Alongside its strong reputation within the insurance sector, Howden has developed a significant presence in sport through partnerships spanning grassroots participation through to elite competition, supporting organisations that share its focus on community impact and long-term growth.
The partnership provides a strong platform for Table Tennis England to further strengthen its support for clubs, leagues, coaches, volunteers and players, while benefiting from Howden’s extensive experience working across the sport and leisure sector.
Over the coming years, both organisations will work closely together to create meaningful engagement opportunities and develop solutions that address the needs of the table tennis community throughout England. As part of the agreement, Howden will provide insurance expertise and tailored support designed to help protect the people, clubs and organisations that are central to the continued success and growth of the sport.
The partnership means Howden will, from the first day of the new season on 1 August 2026, supply all Table Tennis England’s insurance policies, comprising members’ public liability insurance, members’ personal accident cover, coaches’ legal insurance cover, clubs’ public liability insurance and umpires’ and officials’ travel insurance.
