How It Worked

Six tables played host to a double 6’s format. In the morning, groups of six took turns across two tables, giving everyone a chance to show what they could do and helping organisers sort players by level. In the afternoon, everyone was regrouped into bands of six, so all participants got to play ten matches—whatever their playing standard. With matches played best of three games, the event wrapped up comfortably by mid-afternoon.
