The London Youth Games Table Tennis Finals return to the iconic Copper Box Arena on Saturday 5 July 2025, and we’re looking for passionate table tennis enthusiasts to umpire an incredible day of youth sport.

Whether you’re a qualified umpire or just confident in your knowledge of the rules, this is your chance to support the next generation of players and be part of a high-energy celebration of sport.

What Are the London Youth Games?

The London Youth Games is the largest youth sports festival in Europe. Each year, young people from all 33 London boroughs compete in more than 30 sports, representing their communities with pride and passion.

Table Tennis is one of the highlights of the Games—fast-paced, competitive, and full of emerging talent.

In 2024,Camden claimed gold in the boys’ event and Enfield took top spot in the girls’. The level of play was outstanding. The article from last year can be found here

  • Arrival Time: Approximately 13:30 (matches begin around 13:45–14:00)
  • Finish Time: Approximately 16:45
  • Location: Copper Box Arena, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, E20 3HB
  • Travel: Expenses will be reimbursed by London Youth Games (as per policy)
