Table Tennis England has opened the tender process for organisations which wish to provide equipment and/or balls for events during the 2025/26 season.

The following are available:

• Table Tennis England Official Ball Supplier and sponsorship
• Table Tennis Equipment Supplier for our National Events
• Table Tennis Equipment Supplier for our central British Clubs Leagues Events

They all cover the period from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026.

All the required information can be found in the relevant tender criteria documents below, along with tender submission forms.

For each category, please email a copy of the completed submission form to [email protected] by noon on Monday 7 July 2025.

Following a full review of the submission forms, a decision will be made to appoint the successful organisations and it is anticipated the successful organisations will be advised and appointed by Monday 21 July.
