Our five-year Diversity and Inclusion strategy, Level the Table, was launched in September 2021, designed to tackle inequalities in table tennis with a clear set of strategic goals. These goals help us to become a world leading National Governing Body, deliver a diverse and dynamic sport that changes lives, connects communities and achieves excellence.
Many areas have seen significant progress since our previous 12-month update, with several staff changes and project developments happening during this time. However, Level the Table has remained at the core of the work we do, to ensure our sport is inclusive and that we properly serve and support the diverse audience involved in table tennis.
Our 4-years update includes areas of progress but also highlights where more work needs to be done over the next year, with 2026 marking the end of the five-year strategy. We’re proud of what has been achieved to date, and look forward to continuing this journey for the next year and beyond.
