Four affiliated club venues will host Table Tennis England National Competitions in the 2025/26 season after a competitive tendering process.

The Under-21 National Cup will remain at BATTS TTC after the Harlow club successfully delivered the inaugural event this season.

The event, over the weekend of 25-26 October is a round-robin competition for the top boys and girls in the rankings in that age group.

Season two of the National Series will be split across two venues – Grantham College and Nottingham TTC.

The dates are the weekends of 18-19 October, 15-16 November and 24-25 January.

The two venues will host all three weekends between them, with the divisional structure to be confirmed. Nottingham was a host venue for this season’s inaugural National Series, while Grantham returns to hosting a National Competition after a break of several years.

This move toward more centralised and nearby venues, and the reduction from four to three weekends, follows feedback received after this year’s Series.

The final host to be announced is Highfield TTC in Wellingborough, which will stage the new Pathway Development Team Cup on the weekend of 30-31 May 2026.

Highfield has previously held successful Cadet/Junior BCL events, with a wealth of positive feedback on their 12-court venue and set-up. This will be the venue’s first time hosting a National Competition.

The competition is a U11 & U13 boys’ and girls’ Team Cup competition, supported locally by the Pathway Development Centres, as a springboard to National Leagues.

This will provide a targeted team competition opportunity for these priority age-groups at area level.

A number of tender applications were received across all competitions. We are grateful to all our members who expressed an interest, and we look forward to working with all the hosts during the 2025/26 season.
